Superhuman is an AI productivity platform designed to unlock people’s potential. Its suite includes writing assistance, collaborative workspaces, inbox management, and a proactive AI assistant, serving people and organizations worldwide.
задачи
Own the design of key growth surfaces, including onboarding, activation flows, referral programs, and upgrade moments across Superhuman’s product suite;
Design complete user journeys by connecting key moments into coherent end-to-end experiences;
Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into design solutions that improve growth metrics;
Drive experimentation by defining hypotheses, designing A/B tests, and iterating based on results;
Collaborate with Growth PM, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to align strategy and ship high-quality work;
Contribute to and evolve Superhuman’s design system to ensure consistency and quality at scale;
Elevate the quality of shipped work through strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
требования
5+ Years of product design experience, including at least 2 years focused on growth, conversion, or lifecycle design;
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work with measurable business impact;
Deep experience with experimentation and data-informed design decision-making;
Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of prototyping tools;
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high ambiguity.
