The team develops an established B2C SaaS product.

Own product features from problem definition through launch and iteration;
Design AI-powered workflows and complex user journeys;
Improve activation, engagement, and repeat usage;
Use analytics, experiments, usability tests, and interviews to make product decisions;
Work closely with product and engineering in a small autonomous team.

5+ Years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS;
Strong UX and UI craft;
Experience designing a product or feature where AI/LLM was core to the user value;
Experience with retention, engagement, or recurring user behaviour;
Ability to work with qualitative and quantitative data;
High ownership and comfort with ambiguity;
Strong written English;
Nice to have: experience with productivity tools, editors, or other complex web products.
