Lloyds Banking Group provides financial services to customers, businesses, and communities across Britain.

• Craft end-to-end user experiences and cohesive customer journeys using components from a central design system;
• Bring designs to life using prototyping software such as Figma;
• Balance business requirements with user needs by gathering user research and rationale, and push back diplomatically when needed to support customers;
• Adapt designs to technical constraints across platforms while guiding teams on the best end-user experience;
• Advocate for inclusive and accessible design for customers of different ages, backgrounds, and technical abilities;
• Present design work to collaborators and adapt designs based on their feedback, user research, and usability testing;
• Communicate with developers to ensure designs meet specifications and work for a broad range of users.

• At least 5 years of experience in User Experience design or Interaction Design;
• Strong experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer, or Visual Designer;
• Excellent prototyping and layout skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to internal customers and development teams;
• Comfortable using existing design systems and proactively recommending improvements and extensions;
• Able to interpret quantitative and qualitative research and apply it to the interaction design process;
• Familiarity with complex environments; financial services experience is preferred;
• Able to see designs through to delivery;
• Relevant transferable experience is welcomed.
