Finom is a European technology startup developing an all-in-one B2B financial solution that integrates banking, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform. Its services include invoicing and AI-enabled accounting for entrepreneurs across key EU markets.
задачи
Own end-to-end design for the product domain, from problem framing and research to shipped, polished UI;
Use research, product data, and customer feedback to guide and defend design decisions;
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to scope work and define outcomes;
Contribute to the design system, improving consistency, accessibility, and craft across the interface;
Design and optimize acquisition, onboarding, and activation flows across web and app;
Run experiments with Product and Data, including A/B tests and funnel analysis, to improve conversion at each step;
Work on initiatives such as modular pricing and onboarding UX transformation;
Design credit application, card issuance, and repayment experiences that build trust in complex financial decisions;
Translate compliance and risk requirements, including credit checks, KYC, and repayment terms, into clear, honest, usable flows;
Balance conversion goals with responsible communication of risk and cost to the customer.
требования
4+ Years of experience in product design, with ownership of complex, multi-step user flows;
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and polished interaction and visual craft;
Experience designing platforms with multiple states, permissions, edge cases, and dependencies;
Ability to use research, data, and business context to defend design decisions in cross-functional squads;
Fluent professional English;
Nice to have: fintech, SaaS, or other regulated or complex-industry experience, lending, payments, or KYC/compliance flows, growth experimentation including A/B testing and funnel optimization, regular use of AI tools for prototyping or research synthesis.
