TBC is a leading financial institution in the region that uses data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital products to improve people's lives and set a new standard of service.
задачи
Own features from start to finish by identifying problems, designing solutions, and ensuring they work;
Talk to customers, analyze data, map journeys, and define success metrics;
Design experiences that solve real customer problems;
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, analysts, researchers, and writers;
Help keep the design system consistent and useful;
Make research- and data-based decisions and align stakeholders.
требования
Live in Tbilisi;
Have 5–6 years of experience designing products in cross-functional teams;
Have a strong portfolio with shipped work;
Apply product thinking and user research;
Have visual design and interaction design skills;
Have Figma and design system skills;
Communicate clearly;
Support design decisions with data;
Be willing to learn and work with AI tools and modern technologies;
Have experience working in product teams; candidates with only freelance experience may not be a fit;
Nice to have: banking or fintech background.

Hybrid schedule: office Monday–Wednesday, with the rest of the schedule flexible.
