product designer for mobile applications

The project involves implementing a new visual design for a mobile application.

• Design and review the visual interface for a mobile application;
• Provide daily support to product teams, including POs, analysts, UX, and development;
• Co-create a design system for mobile and the Eximee platform.

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a UI Designer;
• User-Centred Design knowledge;
• Understanding of design principles, including heuristics and UX best practices;
• Knowledge of Gestalt principles, including hierarchy, perception, and grouping;
• Advanced visual design skills in typography, color, composition, and grids;
• Knowledge of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines;
• Experience designing iOS and Android applications;
• Experience with responsive design, RWD, and multi-device design;
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2;
• Experience creating and developing design systems, including components and tokens;
• Advanced Figma skills, including auto-layout and variants;
• Experience conducting Figma training and mentoring;
• Prototyping skills, including low- and high-fidelity prototypes and microinteractions;
• Storytelling in design and solution presentations, including the ability to justify design decisions;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Experience collaborating with business and development teams and preparing specifications, including handoff and design QA;
• Experience designing microinteractions and transitions between screens.

• Hybrid work in Kraków, Gdańsk, or Warsaw according to the team’s working rhythm;
