Vinted operates a second-hand marketplace that connects members across more than 20 markets to buy and sell pre-loved clothing and lifestyle items. Its business units also provide shipping services through a European network of pick-up and drop-off points and integrated payment services for buyers and sellers.

• Be accountable for projects with measurable impact and define which work should be prioritised;
• Raise the capabilities of individual contributors through pair work, critique, and direct coaching;
• Help other functions apply design principles in their decisions;
• Own and evolve design standards as business, technology, and user contexts change;
• Experiment with, systematise, and communicate AI-powered ways of working, and assess how AI changes the user experience;
• Turn ambiguous signals into investable opportunities, build the case, and secure senior stakeholders’ commitment;
• Produce work that raises the team’s quality bar;
• Earn senior leaders’ trust through sound judgment, clear narratives, and support for significant design investments.

• Typically 10+ years of product design experience for consumer-scale digital products;
• A portfolio demonstrating taste, judgment, and shipped impact;
• Able to move work forward independently and contribute hands-on as well as direct others;
• Hands-on use of AI in design, prototyping, and automation workflows;
• Strong eye for quality and judgment about when the final details matter;
• Steady when work is slow, contested, or unglamorous;
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to judge when to explore deeply and when to ship;
• Strong point of view and ability to adjust it;
• Experience changing how an organisation works, not just what it ships;
• Nice to have: Marketplace experience.
