Therapieland develops digital solutions that enable organizations to provide value-driven mental healthcare centered around the individual. Its solutions support professionals and clients in mental healthcare and the social domain.

• Take ownership of design outcomes from initial questions through delivery and validation, considering user, clinical, and business contexts;
• Orchestrate AI tools to generate interfaces, explore variants, and deliver production-ready components; critically review outputs for brand consistency, accessibility, and clinical safety;
• Translate design decisions into testable hypotheses, set up A/B tests, analyze product analytics, and use evidence to guide decisions;
• Facilitate discovery sessions, design sprints, and critiques with product owners, engineers, healthcare professionals, and external partners;
• Maintain a living design system and a design context library for AI tools;
• Build working skills across research, UX writing, interaction, visual design, front-end, and the product and healthcare domains;
• Deliver and validate end-to-end results, support data-backed design decisions, ensure the quality and accessibility of released work to WCAG AA, and meet the expectations of teams and partners.

• Show a portfolio of launched products with measurable user outcomes;
• Have an AI-native design practice using AI for discovery, generation, variation, and prototyping, and critically evaluate its output;
• Be comfortable with product analytics, selecting meaningful metrics, and setting up and interpreting A/B tests;
• Be able to lead workshops and critiques, align stakeholders, and clearly explain design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Demonstrate product and systems thinking, framing problems, understanding complete user journeys and second-order effects;
• Have an affinity with mental healthcare, design, and clinical safety, and understand why a product is being built before deciding what it should be;
• Have excellent command of Dutch and English;
• Nice to have: experience in healthcare or another regulated domain, setting up or scaling a design system, front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS, component frameworks), experience handling assignments from multiple teams and stakeholders.
