Glovo is a local delivery platform operating across around 65 countries as part of Delivery Hero Group. Its services connect customers, riders, and merchants, supporting delivery operations across food, grocery, and retail.
задачи
Lead design efforts to revamp the order tracking experience across Delivery Hero’s brands;
Own the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch;
Use research insights, user feedback, and A/B testing results to refine the order tracking journey;
Contribute to and refine the product roadmap;
Prioritize features that drive engagement and improve the user experience;
Apply design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms;
Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless experiences;
Facilitate workshops and design sprints;
Advocate for best practices in visual design, accessibility, and interaction design;
Communicate design decisions and align stakeholders across the organization;
Foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and user-centricity within the team;
Mentor and inspire others through design expertise and strategic thinking.
требования
5+ Years of experience as a product designer;
Experience designing complex platforms, with app experience essential;
Experience contributing to design systems;
Strong visual design skills;
User-centric mindset and strategic thinking;
Experience with workshop facilitation and design metrics analysis;
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Collaborative approach and ability to motivate others;
Nice to have: experience in B2C products, animation concepts.
