Senior Product Designer, New Ventures & Consumer UX

HelloFresh is a global digital-native FMCG company and a meal kit provider. It transforms the traditional food supply chain through a data-driven, on-demand model to deliver personalised food experiences to millions of households worldwide. Its HelloTech organisation builds the digital products and platforms that power the end-to-end food experience.

• Lead design from concept to shipped product and maintain accountability for the full consumer experience across touchpoints
• Frame problems before they become briefs, bring evidence-backed consumer insight into squad planning, challenge priorities, surface opportunities, and influence what gets built
• Maintain a high bar across UI, interaction design, motion, micro-interactions, and UX writing, and raise the standard within the squad
• Use animation and motion as intentional design tools
• Use AI across the workflow, including synthesis, discovery, rapid prototyping, and design-to-code

• 6+ Years of product design experience and a proven track record delivering high-quality consumer products end-to-end
• Experience with consumer-facing products and understanding of the full customer lifecycle
• Ability to define problems before designing solutions and influence roadmap priorities through evidence
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with a strong focus on hierarchy, motion, micro-interactions, and animation
• Mastery of Figma and sufficient understanding of front-end constraints to work credibly with engineers
• Proactivity, conviction in design decisions, and ability to bring cross-functional partners along
• Ability to frame research questions, run lightweight studies, and translate findings into design direction
• Active use of AI tools in live project work; fluency with tools such as Figma AI and Claude
• Clear presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to run workshops and support decisions with evidence
