Vinted operates a second-hand marketplace connecting millions of members across more than 20 markets to buy and sell pre-loved fashion and other items. The Vinted Group also provides shipping services through Vinted Go and secure payment services through Vinted Pay.

• Define and own projects that deliver measurable impact, identifying the right work without waiting for it to be scoped
• Raise the capability of individual contributors through pair work, critique, and direct coaching
• Help product managers and engineers apply design principles in their decisions
• Own and evolve design standards as business, technology, and user contexts change
• Experiment with, systematise, and communicate AI-powered ways of working, while assessing how AI affects users
• Turn ambiguous signals into investable opportunities, build the case, and secure senior stakeholder commitment
• Produce work that raises the team’s quality bar
• Earn senior leaders’ trust through sound judgment, clear narratives, and support for major design decisions

• Typically 10+ years of product design experience for consumer-scale digital products
• A portfolio demonstrating taste, judgment, and shipped impact
• Ability to move work forward independently, combining hands-on execution with direction
• Hands-on use of AI in design, prototyping, and automation workflows
• Strong quality judgment and ability to distinguish when the final 1% matters
• Steadiness when work is slow, contested, or unglamorous
• Comfort with ambiguity and judgment about when to explore deeply and when to ship
• Strong point of view and ability to adjust it
• Experience changing how an organisation works, not just what it ships
