ux designer for digital platforms

The company creates digital experiences across websites and platforms.

• Design user-friendly and visually engaging websites, landing pages and digital platforms;
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs;
• Ensure designs are responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile;
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and existing design systems;
• Collaborate with the Design, Marketing and Development teams to understand project requirements;
• Prepare clear design specifications and assets for development handover;
• Review implemented designs and conduct quality checks to ensure pixel-perfect execution;
• Identify usability issues and recommend practical improvements;
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within agreed timelines;
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools and best practices;
• Undertake any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Interaction Design, Web Design or a related field;
• 3+ Years of professional experience in a UI/UX Designer or similar role;
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping and design systems;
• Good understanding of UX principles, responsive design and user-centred design;
• Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to typography, colour, spacing and hierarchy;
• Ability to create wireframes, user journeys and interactive prototypes;
• Understanding of web development principles and the design-to-development process;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide clear development feedback;
• Strong communication, collaboration and time-management skills;
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both visual design ability and UX thinking will be required;
• Nice to have: Relevant professional UI/UX certifications, experience in fintech, events or a digital agency environment.
