The Natural History Museum is a visitor attraction and science research centre. It cares for more than 80 million objects, welcomes over five million visitors annually and receives 16 million visits to its website. The Museum uses its collections and expertise to address global challenges and inspire people to care about the natural world.

Lead the design of intuitive, accessible and commercially effective website experiences that help visitors discover and plan their Museum visits;
Use research, data and experimentation to identify opportunities;
Create and test solutions.

Experienced UX designer with strong user-centred design skills and commercial thinking;
Confident in planning and synthesising user research;
Able to translate insights into wireframes and prototypes in Figma;
Experienced working iteratively within cross-functional product teams;
Solid understanding of accessibility, UX best practice and product metrics;
Able to use data to inform decisions and measure impact;
Comfortable collaborating with developers and influencing stakeholders;
Thoughtful and pragmatic approach to balancing user needs with business goals.
