a&o Hostels operates a hostel brand and develops websites and digital touchpoints for hospitality and e-commerce experiences.

• Design and iterate on mockups, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for websites and digital touchpoints;
• Own the visual language of the web presence from the first click to the final booking;
• Collaborate with Frontend, Marketing, and Product from brief to pixel-perfect handoff;
• Run usability checks and translate user feedback into actionable design decisions;
• Use modern AI-powered design tools to improve design speed and effectiveness;
• Contribute to projects rethinking the online look and feel of the hostel brand.

• Use Figma confidently;
• Think in user flows, not only visual screens;
• Design responsive web layouts with accessibility and developer handoff in mind;
• Use AI tools in the design workflow and actively seek new ways to leverage them;
• Communicate design decisions clearly to developers, marketers, and stakeholders;
• Nice to have: Passion for travel and hospitality, interest in pushing creative boundaries.
