Helsing is a defence AI company that develops technologies to protect democracies and support sovereign decision-making while addressing the ethical implications of powerful technologies.
задачи
Integrate state-of-the-art software into complex systems and challenging operational environments;
Define and execute end-to-end outcomes for delivering novel capabilities;
Collaborate with customer avionics engineers to understand aircraft mission control data structures and APIs;
Implement adapters for integrating unfamiliar databases, APIs, and network protocols with Helsing’s cloud infrastructure;
Work closely with partners and customers to evolve, improve, and operate Helsing software;
Own delivery outcomes end-to-end;
Discover and formalise customer requirements in collaboration with product teams;
Identify bugs and ship new features directly to users;
Coordinate customers, partners, and Helsing engineers during technology demonstrations;
Showcase Helsing’s software and AI capabilities in simulations or real systems.
требования
Degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or another relevant field;
Broad understanding and creative use of computer systems;
Curiosity and ability to investigate unfamiliar systems in depth;
Willingness to work with legacy systems;
Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python;
Software engineering experience in C++, Java, Rust, or similar;
Ability to navigate and configure Linux systems;
Understanding of network stacks and database systems;
Nice to have: Experience with Rust and Python, container-based, cloud-native, and edge application architectures, maintaining and operating production systems with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar, SQL, NoSQL, and streaming database systems, production ML systems, professional experience in a defence context.
