• Build AI-powered product experiences for creating, configuring, evaluating, and improving workflows across North;
• Design and ship interfaces for interacting with models, including workflow builders, proactive assistants, and review flows;
• Build evaluation, observability, and feedback systems for measuring AI experiences in enterprise workflows;
• Improve AI reliability through product design, prompting, context construction, tool-use strategies, instrumentation, and feedback loops;
• Turn production failures, user feedback, and real-task data into improved product behavior, evaluation suites, regression tests, and modelling signals;
• Work with modelling, product, design, customer teams, and domain experts to define workflow quality and deliver measurable improvements;
• Decide whether a workflow needs a more constrained product experience, a better model interface, a stronger evaluation, or deeper modelling investment.

• Production experience shipping LLM-powered, agent-powered, or AI-assisted product experiences and improving them using real-world feedback;
• Strong software engineering skills across backend systems, user-facing products, data, evaluations, and model behavior;
• Focus on user outcomes and system behavior rather than model metrics alone;
• Strong product judgment and attention to how interfaces, workflows, and models work together;
• Ability to debug complex real-world failures and turn findings from production, user testing, and evaluations into lasting improvements;
• Ability to own ambiguous problems end-to-end and work across system boundaries.
