- Build reliable and scalable systems and own critical parts of the core infrastructure;
- Solve novel problems arising from working with Voice AI at scale;
- Evaluate different models and push the limits of the technology for customers.

- Take high ownership without needing instructions;
- Apply first-principles thinking and understand underlying problems;
- Heavily leverage AI in work;
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and proactively solve novel problems;
- Have distributed systems experience and a passion for pushing AI models to their limits;
- Be based in Berlin.
