задачи
- Own problems and turn goals into AI solutions in production;
- Build and adapt LLMs, including fine-tuning and model distillation for performance;
- Train models, including data collection and evaluation;
- Decide whether to build or buy based on clear metrics and constraints;
- Ship features to production and monitor their effectiveness.
требования
- Have 5+ years of engineering experience and strong software skills;
- Have hands-on experience with LLMs, including retrieval, tool use, and context engineering;
- Have proven experience training models on real production data;
- Be proficient in Python, PyTorch, and GPU utilization;
- Have English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;
- Nice to have: experience with real-time inference, content moderation, or recommendation systems; familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
