• Build and improve features across the Android app used by millions of fans;
• Collaborate with backend, web, and mobile engineers in a cross-functional squad;
• Take ownership of features from idea to release and iteration;
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code;
• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve the codebase;
• Balance speed and quality to deliver value without over-engineering;
• Work with data and experimentation to improve user experience;
• Partner with product and design to create intuitive, high-quality user journeys;
• Share knowledge and learnings within the Android and mobile guild;
• Stay up to date with new technologies and bring ideas to improve how the team works;

• Solid experience building Android applications with Kotlin;
• Pragmatic approach combined with strong theoretical knowledge;
• Ability to balance speed with quality and attention to detail;

• Comfortable working in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams;
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with non-engineers;

• 3–8 Years of experience working as an Android engineer;
• Based in the Netherlands, an EU resident, or holding an existing visa to work in the Netherlands;
• Nice to have: Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, or analytics tools; using AI in everyday work or on a personal project; interest in product metrics or growth.

• €84,500 Including holiday allowance;
• Mostly remote work with 1 day a week or less in the Amsterdam office;
