• 3+ Years of experience in mobile development;
• Experience in the fintech domain;
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, including advanced language features;
• Experience with Clean Architecture, MVI, and Redux/TEA architectural approaches;
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Coroutines and Flow;
• Knowledge and practical application of design patterns;
• Experience developing UI with Jetpack Compose;
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD or similar automation tools;
• Understanding of mobile application performance optimization principles;
• Experience in team-based development and understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Proactive mindset with the ability to initiate and drive processes;
• Readiness to make architectural decisions and propose improvements within current projects;
• Openness to feedback and constructive criticism;
• English at Intermediate+ level or above.
