Create, code, test, and maintain various Android apps;
Work closely with other developers and QA testers using the Agile methodology and a quality-first approach.

Bring 5+ years of experience developing Android applications, with high proficiency in both Java and Kotlin;
Demonstrate practical experience with Android SDK functionalities, including SDK version migrations, complex permission handling, and background processing;
Apply expertise in current libraries such as Coroutines, Glide, Retrofit, and OkHttp;
Maintain legacy codebases including RxJava, AsyncTasks, and XML-based Views;
Show proficient UI programming skills with a keen eye for detail and performance optimization;
Use AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate refactoring, debugging, and feature parity tasks;
Utilize familiarity with agentic workflows and integrate AI agents into the development lifecycle or application features;
Work with Android Studio, Git, and the Firebase suite;
Demonstrate direct experience developing and maintaining an app released on Google Play with 100,000+ downloads;
Apply familiarity with Kanban management and a high degree of adaptability;
Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English;
Balance cutting-edge AI experimentation with the stability required for a large-scale production app;
Nice to have: Familiarity with Continuous Integration pipelines and automated deployment.
