• Build backend services for an internal AI agent platform and its surrounding microservices;
• Participate in architecture design and technology selection;
• Stay current with AI agent technologies, frameworks, and updates through study and experimentation;
• Improve and optimize platform components related to agent creation, quality evaluation, and performance under load;
• Work closely with platform clients, incorporate feedback, and help build a user-friendly product.

• 5+ Years of backend engineering experience;
• At least 2 years of experience with Golang and 2 years with Python;
• Experience building scalable distributed systems and working with high-load architectures;
• Solid understanding of backend tools and technologies;
• Experience developing internal tools, automations, and CRM systems;
• Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code;
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently;
• Strong communication skills in English at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: experience with AI agent frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, and ADK; experience building or integrating LLM-based features and agent-centric architectures; ML experience, including model learning and evaluation and production implementation.
