задачи
- Implement backend code hands-on, conduct code reviews, and perform testing;
- Ensure reliability, performance, and correctness;
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues;
- Collaborate with other engineering and Product teams;
- Make pragmatic decisions balancing risk, maintainability, and business needs;
- Improve code quality and internal structure where possible;
- Take ownership of a business-critical backend system;
- Help define the roadmap and identify the best technical solutions;
- Run experiments and introduce new ideas.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience building and maintaining production systems as a backend engineer;
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails;
- AI-first mindset using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex in daily workflow;
- Experience working on large-scale products;
- Experience owning business-critical systems;
- Methodical approach to debugging and problem solving;
- Comfortable working autonomously with high ownership;
- Advanced English.
