- Design high-load, low-latency backend systems;
- Build and scale real-time bidding infrastructure;
- Develop DSP / RTB bidders;
- Own end-to-end platform components;
- Make technical and architectural decisions;
- Solve problems under scale and performance constraints;
- Ensure delivery and system reliability.
требования
- Strong DSP / RTB bidder development experience;
- Expertise in backend architecture and scalability;
- Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and auction flow;
- English at minimum B2;
- Experience owning end-to-end platform components;
- Technical leadership and architectural decision-making experience;
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills under scale and performance constraints;
- Accountability for delivery and system reliability.
