• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and data pipelines for business intelligence and analytics;
• Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions;
• Design and maintain data models and schemas for efficient querying and reporting;
• Integrate with internal and third-party APIs and data sources;
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and data integrity across distributed environments;
• Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code reviews;
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve backend systems and data flows.

• 3+ Years of professional experience as a Backend Developer;
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework;
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database design, with a focus on PostgreSQL;
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as Redis;
• Experience with message brokers such as ActiveMQ;
• Good English;
• Take initiative, propose better solutions, and enjoy solving complex data problems;
• Nice to have: fintech or tech-driven company experience, blockchain technologies, AI instruments, AWS.
