Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations;
Analyze and establish business requirements with the product management team;
Develop new product features, currently focusing on backend;
Estimate implementation efforts, including costs and capacity;
Develop hard and soft skills together with the team;
Make technical decisions;
Lead and involve others in code reviews;
Ensure a positive team atmosphere, learning, and motivation;
Communicate with project stakeholders;
Establish and review team communication and processes;
Prepare and conduct regular meetings, planning sessions, daily meetings, and retrospectives.

5+ Years of software development experience in commercial projects;
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Win API, data structures, and algorithms;
Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control, and responsibility;
Result-oriented and proactive approach;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Technical mindset with great attention to detail;
Good communication skills;
English proficiency sufficient for communication with international teams.
