• Design, implement, and maintain features for a large-scale backup and restore platform focused on unstructured data protection;
• Develop reliable, high-performance backend services using C# and .NET;
• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver customer value;
• Analyze requirements and translate them into maintainable, scalable software solutions;
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues;
• Contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Have 2+ years of software development experience in commercial projects;
• Be proficient in C# and have a deep understanding of the .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms;
• Have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
• Have a result-oriented mindset and a sense of ownership and responsibility;
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment;
• Have English proficiency sufficient for daily communication within an international team;
• Nice to have: experience with AI coding assistant tools, experience with Network, Cloud, or Data Deduplication Storage systems.
