• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using cloud, generative, and agentic AI technologies;
• Work in agile, cross-functional teams combining technical, business, and data science expertise;
• Apply creativity, critical thinking, and analytical skills to AI initiatives;
• Develop, test, debug, and optimize SQL in production environments;
• Design and implement ETL processes and data integration solutions for large or complex data sets;
• Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models using dimensional, relational, or Data Vault techniques;
• Profile, tune, and optimize SQL code and database performance for ETL and reporting workloads;
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable data solutions;
• Use scripting or programming to support data transformation, automation, and basic analytics;
• Travel to client locations across Europe and occasionally beyond as required.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with relational or analytical databases;
• At least 1 year of experience designing or implementing ETL processes and data integration solutions with enterprise ETL tools;
• Expert-level SQL skills, including procedures, triggers, functions, and packages, in at least one major RDBMS or EDW technology;
• Experience creating conceptual, logical, and physical data models;
• Solid understanding of dimensional, normalized/relational, and Data Vault modelling;
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT toolsets such as SAS Data Integration Studio or IBM DataStage;
• Practical scripting or programming skills in SQL plus one of Python, R, or SAS;
• Experience with, or strong interest in, processing and integrating data on GCP, Azure, or AWS;
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail;
• Professional working proficiency in English;
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Willingness and ability to travel to client locations across Europe;
• Nice to have: familiarity with Hive, Spark, NiFi, HBase, HDFS, Kafka, or Kudu.
