Wargaming is an online game developer and publisher headquartered in Nicosia, Cyprus. Operating since 1998, it develops games played by millions of people across major gaming platforms, including World of Tanks, World of Warships and World of Tanks Blitz.

• Administer dbt Cloud across the organisation, including project setup, environments, permissions, CI/CD, version upgrades and cost control;
• Set up and support multiple independent dbt projects, defining shared standards and conventions;
• Develop and maintain production dbt pipelines, including complex finance models;
• Mentor analysts on dbt, SQL modeling, testing and code review;
• Tune Snowflake performance and cost, and improve pipeline reliability and monitoring;
• Build tooling and automation in Python using AWS Lambda, S3, orchestration and metadata workflows;
• Drive AI adoption in analytics engineering by building reusable AI skills for dbt documentation, testing and code generation, as well as automated agentic workflows;
• Follow trends in AI tooling and agentic systems, evaluate approaches and bring useful ones into the team.

• At least 3 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering or a similar role;
• Strong hands-on dbt experience, ideally including dbt Cloud administration;
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills;
• Production experience with Snowflake, including performance tuning and cost awareness;
• Python experience for data tooling and automation;
• Experience with AWS services used in data platforms, including Lambda and S3;
• Experience owning business-critical pipelines, including data quality testing, incident handling and communication with non-technical stakeholders;
• Experience mentoring or supporting analysts;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: practical experience building LLM-based agents, AI skills and automated engineering workflows, multi-agent setups, knowledge of current AI trends and their usefulness for data teams, multi-project dbt setups such as dbt Mesh or cross-project references, finance or revenue data experience, gaming, mobile app or consumer product analytics background, familiarity with marketing and attribution data such as AppsFlyer or product telemetry, dbt certification.
