• Implement data-driven solutions in cross-functional data product teams with business data owners, analysts, and data scientists;
• Support the implementation of the Azure-based data infrastructure in close collaboration with data and platform architects;
• Develop modern data pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory and Databricks;
• Connect new internal and external data sources to the Azure Data Lake;
• Monitor existing data pipelines and optimize their performance;
• Contribute ideas and work confidently in a dynamic team environment.

• Master’s degree in computer science or a comparable quantitative field;
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with the Azure Data Engineering tech stack or comparable AWS or GCP technologies;
• Experience with Python and data science- and machine learning-related libraries;
• Strong knowledge of general software development, including DevOps and Git workflows;
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases;
• Self-organized working style and willingness to continuously develop;
• German and English proficiency at least B2, both written and spoken;
• Nice to have: Practical experience with Databricks, experience with SAP BW.
