The company develops an AI product used by millions of users across mobile, web, and API products.

• Own the delivery and architecture of the pricing system used by every product surface and millions of users;
• Optimise existing endpoints to reduce latency and scale with growing usage;
• Design endpoints in direct collaboration with frontend engineers, including OpenAPI specs and supporting documentation;
• Monitor releases with Datadog and iterate using real usage data;
• Work cross-functionally with product and frontend teams to ship seamless user experiences.

• 5+ Years of hands-on Django and Django Rest Framework experience;
• Experience with relational databases at real scale, including schema design, Django query optimisation, and zero-downtime migrations on PostgreSQL/MySQL databases of 100GB+;
• Production experience with subscription and billing infrastructure, including Stripe and/or RevenueCat;
• Pragmatic, ship-fast mindset with a preference for speed of iteration over perfection and frameworks over reinvention;
• Strong ownership and confidence making product and technical decisions independently;
• Fluent English.

• Contract for an initial 3–6 months, with a strong likelihood of extension;
• Fully remote for EU-based candidates;
• Occasional overlap with CET hours;
• Available to start within 1–2 weeks.
