Playrix is a mobile game development company whose games have been installed 2.3 billion times and are played by more than 30 million people every day. It develops a game engine, platform services, and tools for its games.

• Build a strong engineering team through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and leadership;
• Partner with Technical Producers to build and execute the technology product roadmap;
• Analyze technology, tools, solution design, and production and operations practices;
• Lead initiatives to improve engineering efficiency and quality.

• Demonstrate an action-oriented, self-starting mindset and proactive problem-solving;
• Challenge the status quo and continuously improve personal, team, and peer performance;
• Have 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior management roles;
• Have hands-on experience in mobile development or experience managing mobile development teams;
• Have proven experience managing a team of 25+ engineers, including mobile development teams;
• Create a culture of independent and self-organized teams;
• Have experience in change management and building or improving efficient production, delivery, and operations processes at the departmental level;
• Have strong technical expertise and previous hands-on software engineering experience, preferably with large mobile products using iOS/Android native, C++, C#, Java, or Scala;
• Nice to have: experience in game development, experience with high-load products with distributed architecture, experience producing tools for mobile or desktop product development, understanding of game engine architecture.
