• Build complex, reusable UI components and flows in production applications using Next.js App Router and React;
• Extend the module-based architecture with feature modules and a shared layer while maintaining clean, well-enforced boundaries;
• Optimize bundle size, rendering, and Core Web Vitals, and improve UX based on product analytics;
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship features that drive product growth and user satisfaction;
• Review code, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and raise the team's engineering standards;
• Write and maintain thorough unit and component tests.

• 5+ Years of frontend development experience;
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React v18/19, and Next.js App Router;
• Solid CSS/SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and responsive/adaptive design skills;
• Experience with Zustand or similar state management and TanStack React Query for server state;
• Experience with React Hook Form and Zod for forms and validation;
• Experience writing unit and component tests with Vitest or Jest;
• Experience with REST/API integration using Axios, Git flow, and code review;
• Ability to design clean, scalable architecture and solve performance problems independently;
• Product-minded, independent problem solver with a strong sense of ownership;
• Clear communicator with attention to detail and commitment to quality and user experience;
• Nice to have: Radix UI / base-ui, class-variance-authority, Storybook, Framer Motion / GSAP, next-intl, next-seo/sitemap, PostHog, Hotjar, Sentry-style monitoring, Figma, ESLint/Prettier/Husky.
