full-stack developer for a SaaS platform

The web platform helps freelancers find remote jobs more effectively with AI.

• Architect and scale core SaaS services, including authentication with RBAC, activation funnels, and subscription/payment lifecycles with webhooks and idempotency;
• Design and manage complex, highly relational data models for the core matching engine, including data processing and transformation pipelines;
• Develop high-performance, event-driven backend systems using NestJS, NextJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and NATS;
• Improve system reliability through performance tuning, caching strategies, observability, and failure recovery;
• Own the backend architecture end-to-end and collaborate with Frontend and Product teams to deliver business impact.

• 5+ Years of commercial backend/full-stack experience;
• Ability to own architecture end-to-end;
• Strong production expertise in NestJS, PostgreSQL, including complex schema design, indexing, and migrations, and Redis, including caching and rate limiting;
• Experience designing subscription-based SaaS systems and secure payment integrations;
• Proven experience building scalable data processing workflows and managing evolving, heavily relational data models in production;
• Hands-on experience with NATS or other event-driven messaging systems;
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, including idempotency, retries, race conditions, and eventual consistency;
• Solid DevOps and security mindset, including Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, auth flows, and strict PII data protection;
• English and Russian speaking languages.
