задачи
- Automate core business processes and design scalable production systems;
- Develop and enhance key product features, including automated document generation and RBAC access management;
- Integrate external HR systems and e-signature solutions;
- Build, evaluate, and maintain AI-native workflows and agentic solutions;
- Work directly with business stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions without micromanagement.
требования
- Commercial experience building end-to-end AI applications;
- Experience with Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Node.js, React, Prisma, PostgreSQL, AWS (EKS), RBAC design, and REST APIs;
- Experience with AI Agents and Agentic Workflows;
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Prompt Engineering;
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and LLM Applications;
- Experience with AI Evaluation Frameworks;
- English at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
