The ALL IN GROUP is an e-commerce company bringing together brands that offer personalized photo products, wall art, and photography. It produces made-to-order products in Germany and helps people worldwide make their stories visible.

Take full ownership of complex features across the entire stack, from the initial idea through final deployment;
Develop scalable backends with NestJS and build performant frontends with Vue.js, ensuring seamless integration;
Shape the platform architecture, make technology decisions, and contribute ideas that advance the group;
Collaborate with Product, UX, and other development teams, share knowledge proactively, and improve the overall product;
Challenge existing systems, identify optimization opportunities independently, and carry out refactoring;
Use coding tools and AI agents to solve complex problems efficiently and accelerate workflows;
Make architecture decisions within the team and contribute ideas directly;
Build products that shape the experience of millions of customers across the group;
Work end to end on projects and put modern technologies into practice.
требования
Have strong experience with the JavaScript ecosystem, including Vue.js and NestJS;
Apply Clean Code principles and build sustainable architectures;
Take responsibility from day one and make pragmatic decisions in a fast-paced environment;
Communicate directly, give feedback, collaborate as a team, and proactively develop professionally;
Be enthusiastic about trying AI tools and applying them to improve daily work;
Have very good German skills (at least B2);
Have a German work permit;
