iO provides digital technology services for leading enterprise brands, including Bol, VodafoneZiggo, and Rabobank.

• Connect front-end and back-end development within in-house teams of enterprise brands;
• Define technical vision and make architecture decisions;
• Build fast, scalable, and maintainable applications with React and Next.js;
• Develop robust back-end foundations;
• Coach other developers;
• Advise the team on implementation approaches and architecture;
• Serve as the first technical point of contact for the client;
• Share knowledge with iO colleagues;
• Contribute to iO initiatives.

• At least 6 years of professional developer experience with a strong full-stack profile;
• Advanced React experience, including hooks and performance optimization;
• In-depth knowledge of Next.js, including SSR, SSG, App Router, and API routes;
• Strong TypeScript skills;
• Experience building REST or GraphQL APIs;
• Understanding of front-end and back-end integration;
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases;
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud environments;
• Extensive experience with enterprise organizations and complex environments;
• Able to take the lead, coach colleagues, and act as a reliable client sparring partner;
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, initiative, and hands-on execution skills;
• Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written;
• Nice to have: NestJS, agentic tooling, accessibility.
