The team develops healthcare technology and enhances a machine learning application with PyShiny, integrating it with internal systems.

Design and build robust software solutions to enhance the PyShiny frontend and backend of the ML application;
Use AWS to scale the application and optimize its performance and reliability;
Integrate the ML application with internal tools and systems;
Implement GitOps and DevOps methodologies using Terraform and Ansible for automation;
Maintain high code quality through automated tests and production support.

5+ Years of experience in Python software development with a strong focus on frontend and backend;
Expertise in PyShiny;
Solid understanding of REST and familiarity with FastAPI;
Proficiency in AWS for application scaling;
Familiarity with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure management;
Knowledge of the Posit stack, particularly Posit Connect;
English level: B2+;
Nice to have: experience with Dash or Streamlit, understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in healthcare, knowledge of cheminformatics, experience with data processing pipelines using tools like Airflow.
