full stack developer for location services analytics

Intellias is a delivery partner helping build the Analytics Portal, a SaaS platform that provides organizations using Location Services APIs with self-service consumption intelligence. The portal supports actionable analytics for spend optimization, consumption governance, and growth.

• Implement and maintain React frontend components for map-based UI, dashboards, and data visualizations;
• Build Node.js backend services, including API layers and integrations with data APIs and ArcGIS Enterprise;
• Collaborate with the Principal Backend Engineer on architecture decisions and data contracts;
• Participate in requirements clarification with the BA/AI PM and translate specifications into technical solutions;
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain code quality standards;
• Work with DevOps on AWS deployment pipelines and environment configuration;
• Raise technical risks and blockers early.

• 7+ Years of overall JavaScript experience;
• Proficiency in React and Node.js;
• Hands-on AWS experience with EC2/ECS, S3, Lambda, or similar services;
• Confident daily use of TypeScript;
• Ability to write SQL queries independently for data verification and debugging;
• Experience consuming third-party geospatial or data APIs;
• Hands-on daily experience with AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar;
• Hands-on experience with at least one LLM provider API, including direct work with endpoints, parameters, and structured outputs;
• Experience building chat or AI-assisted UIs with streaming responses, message history management, and LLM-specific loading and error states;
• English B2+ for client calls and asynchronous written communication;
• The team expects active use of AI assistants for coding, debugging, code review, and documentation;
• Ability to review, validate, and take ownership of AI-generated code;
• Proactive learning of new AI tooling;
• Nice to have: geospatial data processing, map rendering, ArcGIS REST APIs or similar GIS platforms, RAG pipeline integration from the frontend, MCP, agentic UI patterns, spec-driven development, public sector or traffic/mobility domain background, experience working from UI prototypes to production code.
