The company provides IT services and consulting. The role supports compliance systems for a client in the insurance industry.

Design and align technical assumptions for system changes;
Implement agreed changes in line with organizational standards;
Review code for compliance with organizational and IT standards;
Initiate refactoring activities to minimize technical debt;
Provide development support during solution deployment and application module maintenance;
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve UAT defects and maintenance issues;
Estimate the effort required for changes in the information system.

Good English for reading technical documentation;
Knowledge of design and architectural patterns;
Knowledge of Agile methodologies; SCRUM is welcome;
Ability to adapt to changes;
At least 4 years of experience as a developer in commercial projects;
At least 3 years of experience with Java;
At least 3 years of experience with PostgreSQL databases;
At least 2 years of experience with Angular;
At least 2 years of experience in an Agile environment;
Required technology knowledge: Java 18+, Spring Boot 3+, JPA, Angular 19+, TypeScript, NodeJS, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, PostgreSQL;
Nice to have: Magnolia DX Core CMS, Azure Cloud infrastructure, Nginx, Apache.
