Build products from the ground up;
Own the full software development lifecycle from design and development through testing, deployment and production;
Own features end to end, from design through release and data reporting;
Make recommendations on effective ways to use AI in development.

Strong full stack software engineering skills;
Experience with TypeScript, React, backend services and APIs;
Experience shipping consumer-facing products;
Comfort owning features end to end in a small team environment;
Experience using AI tooling to accelerate development;
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills;
Experience working in start-ups or scaling companies;
Nice to have: Rust, direct-to-consumer subscription experience, real-time systems, in-play chat, live sports data or betting-related technology.
