• Develop and maintain backend services, implement new features, and improve existing code according to business needs;
• Conduct technical research and collaborate with the team to deliver efficient technical solutions;
• Participate in task reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions;
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following company standards;
• Write automated tests and technical documentation;
• Support the full backend service lifecycle, including delivery, monitoring, and production support.

• 3+ Years of commercial backend engineering experience, including hands-on Go development and a solid understanding of Go best practices;
• Strong SQL knowledge, including database schema design, indexing, and query optimization;
• Experience with Redis or other key-value data stores;
• Experience with synchronous (HTTP, gRPC) and asynchronous (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) inter-service communication;
• Good understanding of microservice architecture and client-server interactions;
• Experience with application monitoring, metrics, and logging;
• Basic understanding of containerized development and CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience writing unit and integration tests;
• Proficiency with Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code review workflows;
• Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps;
• Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn new technologies, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment;
• A MacBook is required for work;
• Conversational English;
• Nice to have: experience with Docker, Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS; experience building event-driven systems using Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ or similar technologies; familiarity with observability tools, including dashboards and distributed tracing; experience profiling and optimizing Go applications using tools such as pprof or trace; experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude.
