Build scalable, maintainable, and resilient microservices and features end-to-end by designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving them;
Own delivered services throughout their lifecycle, taking responsibility for their quality, resilience, and maintainability;
Collaborate with product designers, product owners, and frontend, backend, and mobile engineers to deliver product innovations;
Identify opportunities to make engineering processes more effective and efficient;
Document and advocate for development best practices across the team;
Fix bugs and refactor the codebase to keep products reliable and maintainable;
Test new technologies and participate in Technical Week for creativity, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
требования
7+ Years of software development experience, specifically with object-oriented programming;
3+ Years of experience working with customer-facing products in e-commerce, fintech, or SaaS;
Experience designing, implementing, and deploying backend services with a focus on high availability, low latency, and consistency;
Good understanding of API design, SQL, and relational databases;
Excellent English communication skills, including raising concerns, sharing ideas, and documenting work;
Contribute to the team, take initiative, and help when needed;
Identify opportunities and explore alternative approaches to solving problems;
Take ownership of developing skills by learning new technologies and seeking new opportunities;
Ruby experience is not essential, but willingness to learn new technologies is expected.

Annual Gross Base Salary depending on level, competencies, and overall experience;
