• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang;
• Design optimal SQL database structures, manage indexes, and optimize query performance;
• Build and maintain asynchronous communication between services, including Kafka;
• Own backend services end to end, including development, deployment, monitoring, and production support;
• Set up observability through metrics, logging, and alerts;
• Respond to production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and participate in post-mortem processes;
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code;
• Perform code reviews and follow architectural guidelines and engineering best practices;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during planning and refinement sessions;
• Validate requirements and contribute to defining technical solutions;
• Identify and implement improvements in system design, performance, and user experience.

• 7+ Years of commercial backend engineering experience, including solving complex problems in high-load environments;
• 5+ Years of hands-on experience with Golang, including advanced production features such as generics, reflection, unsafe, and custom synchronization primitives;
• Strong SQL expertise, including schema design, replication, partitioning, sharding, and query optimization;
• Deep understanding of Redis data structures and performance optimization in high-load systems;
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines;
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools and cloud platforms such as AWS;
• Experience with synchronous and asynchronous inter-service communication patterns, reliability, and fault tolerance;
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture patterns and efficient client-server interactions;
• Experience in product-led environments and building and scaling high-load distributed systems;
• Ability to design and implement observability solutions, including metrics, logging, dashboards, and distributed tracing;
• Ability to write maintainable, testable code with solid unit and integration test coverage;
• Intermediate English;
• Ability to work proactively and independently;
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders from senior developers to product managers;
• Curious mindset and focus on continuous improvement;
• Strong communication skills for project-related conversations;
• Organized and reliable time management;
• Nice to have: experience with event-driven architectures such as Kafka, NATS, and RabbitMQ; familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform and Pulumi; experience with Go performance profiling and optimization using pprof and trace; familiarity with Figma and cross-platform collaboration; experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude.
