Design and develop scalable distributed systems in Go;
Make technical decisions around performance, concurrency, and architecture;
Lead code reviews and maintain high engineering standards;
Work with Product Managers to turn business goals into technical plans;
Identify technical risks and edge cases before development;
Communicate technical solutions with business and external stakeholders;
Improve CI/CD and engineering processes;
Stay hands-on with development and technical problem solving.
требования
5+ Years of professional Go development;
2+ Years in a technical leadership role;
Strong hands-on Go and concurrency experience;
Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and system design;
Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines;
Experience in FinTech, banking, insurance, or complex enterprise environments;
Practical experience implementing or integrating AI solutions;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Computer Science or related higher education;
English C1+.
