задачи
- Lead backend architecture and technical delivery;
- Build scalable microservices and event-driven systems;
- Review code and stay hands-on with Go development;
- Improve performance, reliability, and observability;
- Lead production incidents and technical investigations;
- Mentor engineers and participate in hiring;
- Drive AI-assisted development across the team.
требования
- Strong Go/Golang background;
- Previous Team Lead or Tech Lead experience;
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices;
- PostgreSQL experience, including transactions, indexing, and optimization;
- Experience with NATS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ;
- Experience with high-load, business-critical production systems;
- Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting;
- FinTech, payments, PSP, or acquiring experience;
- Knowledge of settlements, reconciliation, refunds, and chargebacks;
- Practical experience with AI coding assistants or AI agents;
- Nice to have: ClickHouse, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, PCI DSS.
