5+ Years of backend development experience with Golang and willingness to work with Ruby;
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as Redis;
Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and HTTP;
Strong understanding of system architecture, high-load applications, and concurrency;
Experience building and maintaining backend microservices;
Experience with unit testing and automated testing practices;
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
Ability to design scalable technical solutions and work with complex business domains;
Experience with performance optimization and database query tuning;
Strong English communication skills;
Nice to have: experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers, background in high-load distributed systems, strong experience building concurrent applications, experience with performance tuning of relational databases, experience with external API/integration-heavy systems.
