задачи
Own the iOS technical roadmap and architecture;
Establish iOS engineering standards, including code review guidelines, architecture patterns, CI/CD processes, and testing culture;
Make and defend architectural decisions across MVVM, Clean Architecture, VIPER, and related patterns;
Build and maintain iOS CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, or GitLab CI;
Own the App Store lifecycle end-to-end, including provisioning, TestFlight, submission, and App Review;
Write clean, performant, and testable Swift code using UIKit and SwiftUI;
Implement mobile security requirements, including Keychain, Secure Enclave, biometric authentication, certificate pinning, and jailbreak detection;
Mentor iOS developers and improve their output;
Create technical documentation for the iOS codebase and architecture;
Participate in sprint planning, product design sessions, and roadmap discussions;
Represent iOS in cross-functional discussions with Backend, Product, Design, and QA;
Drive incidents to resolution end-to-end;
Establish and maintain the iOS delivery pipeline;
Propose approaches to documenting application architecture;
Provide trusted input on application development decisions.
требования
6+ Years of commercial iOS development in Swift;
Proven technical leadership in setting standards, driving architecture decisions, and raising the engineering bar across a team;
Deep UIKit expertise, including custom components, complex layouts, and performance optimization;
Solid production experience with SwiftUI;
Strong knowledge of MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture, and TCA;
Production experience with Swift Concurrency and Combine;
Deep understanding of ARC, retain cycles, and memory leaks;
Experience integrating REST APIs at scale with robust error handling, retry logic, and token refresh;
Experience owning mobile security, including Keychain, Secure Enclave, biometric authentication, certificate pinning, and jailbreak detection;
Experience setting up or materially improving iOS CI/CD pipelines;
End-to-end ownership of provisioning profiles, TestFlight, and App Review;
Experience writing XCTest unit and UI tests and enforcing testability in code review;
Code review leadership with actionable feedback and established PR standards;
Active mentorship of junior or middle iOS developers with measurable improvements in their output;
Effective cross-functional communication with Product, Design, Backend, and QA;
English B2+ for PRs, tickets, async communication, and technical discussions;
High ownership and ability to drive problems to resolution independently;
Nice to have: experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or banking mobile apps, KYC SDK integration, iOS payment SDK integration, WebSocket or SSE, Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics/Remote Config/A-B testing, Instruments performance profiling, SwiftLint or other static analysis tooling, participation in hiring iOS engineers, modular iOS architecture, AI tools in daily development.
