The company is a commodities trading firm specialising in trading silver and gold.

Develop backend services in Java;
Work across the full technology stack;
Contribute to projects including trading systems, marketplace, website, payments, and automated trading bots;
Expand technical skills and select suitable technologies for projects;
Collaborate in an Agile team environment.

Hold a Computer Science or similar STEM degree with a 2.1 or above from a top-tier university;
Have A's / B's at A-level;
Have commercial Java development experience;
Be familiar with Agile processes and TDD;
Have a thorough understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Computer Science fundamentals;
Be collaborative with good communication skills;
Nice to have: exposure to Scala, Kotlin, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, or Linux.
