• Work on large-scale software development projects across multiple industries, including eCommerce and enterprise-level projects;
• Champion software quality and technical vision for AND Digital and its clients;
• Solve problems collaboratively and help turn solutions into reality.

• At least two years of professional experience in software development;
• Ability to champion TDD/BDD/XP software development;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute ideas;
• High-quality, value-focused work and comfort navigating ambiguity and complex problems;
• Strong expertise in the craft and willingness to keep learning;
• Clear communication and ability to build trust with clients and teammates;
